Bangwing IN operates under a structured, department-based governance model. Each department owns a distinct domain of community conduct — from self-expression and content standards to staff accountability and financial ethics. All rules are authored and owned by the server founder and senior administration. Members, staff, and contributors are expected to read and comply with all applicable departments.
Where a topic is governed by a more specific document, that document's rule is authoritative; the Constitution & Governance (document 3 below) governs precedence and structure where two documents appear to conflict and the conflict cannot be resolved by specificity alone. Concerns regarding conduct by the Proprietor or Co-Proprietor are routed directly to the Ambassador tier — see the Constitution & Governance, Contact & Escalation section, for the routing address.

Rules are authored by the Server Founder and Owner (Proprietor), who bears ultimate responsibility for all governance decisions. Senior Administration may propose amendments, and the community may submit suggestions through the Feedback Box. No one else may unilaterally alter rule text.
